Pricing
One saved evening pays for the month. One saved job pays for the year.
Cancel from the dashboard in two clicks — no phone call, no retention script, nobody trying to talk you out of it.
The three tiers
Pay 3 months up front or a full year, and InstaBot comes free.
InstaBot answers the calls you miss and books the job. You stop paying for ad clicks that ring a phone nobody picks up, and you show up when they search. Monthly plans don’t include it.

Need one more trade than your plan has? Add a trade: $49 a month, $147 every 3 months, or $490 a year.
Two things we count: LIVE video walks and before-and-after renders.
Those cost us real money every time one runs, so they come with the plan instead of being unlimited. Shop includes 40 LIVE walks and 60 renders a month. The numbers are set high enough that almost nobody gets near them. If you do, tell us. We’re not shutting you off in the middle of a job.
More than five seats? Book a call.
Two or more offices, or a crew that outgrew Shop. You get everything in Shop, plus:
- One pricebook, with per-office overrides
- Consolidated billing across every location
- Volume pricing on seats — the more you run, the less each one costs
- We set it up with you, office by office
No package to pick. Tell me how you’re set up and I’ll build it around that.
We take zero percent of your job
This is the part worth reading twice, because it’s where most platforms in this category get you.
-
The engine hands you cost.
Real materials, real labor, adjusted for your region. What you put on top of that is your markup, it’s your business, and it is none of ours.
-
We never take a piece of a job.
Not a percentage, not a lead fee, not a “success fee.” You pay a flat monthly number and that’s the entire commercial relationship.
-
And your price wins.
Type in what you actually pay for a bundle of shingles and that number stands from then on — permanently, through every update and every price refresh. The database physically refuses to overwrite a price you’ve ruled. That isn’t a policy we’re nice about, it’s code.

What it costs to keep doing it the old way
Say you land one extra job a month because you got the number back the same day instead of Thursday.
You already know what your average job is worth. Put that against $99 and the arithmetic isn’t close.
Now put it against the evenings. Thirty years in, I lost more jobs to paperwork than I ever lost to being outbid — not to pricing, not to being too expensive. To not sitting down and typing it up.
Questions people actually ask
-
Is there a setup fee?
No. Not on any tier.
-
What happens to my prices if I leave?
They were always yours. You take your pricebook and your supplier relationships with you, because they were never ours to hold.
-
Do you sell my leads?
No. We’re not a lead-gen company and we never will be — the whole point is that the customer is yours.
-
Can I change tiers?
Any time, from the dashboard.
Stop losing jobs to paperwork.
Walk the job, talk it out, and a real itemized estimate goes to your customer in about two minutes. Ten days free, no card. Then $99 a month for one trade.
